Yes! I was once out walking and I heard a couple arguing. The man had blocked the woman's car in the driveway so she couldn't leave. I marched myself up to the guy (because I'm like a chihuahua who thinks she is much bigger than she is) and told him that his actions were domestic violence and I was calling the police. He argued with me, I called the police, and he moved his car.
