When I was providing therapy, I would practice mindfulness between appointments. It was really helpful in clearing my head and centering myself before the next patient. I recently read about pausing for a moment of mindfulness when moving from one room to another - a frequent transition for many of us.

I've never considered a daily counter. That would provide some valuable data and I love data. : ) Thank you, Sandra!
