When I lost my stepfather, some people in my life didn't know what to do, so they avoided me/the topic. It felt isolating and made me angry at times. I remember thinking, "How hard is it to just go for a walk with me?" Then, I realized that they were doing nothing because they didn't know what to do.

I like that this mainstream film gives people a little insight into the grief process and an idea of how to do it. I think we can all use more education on grief.
