This topic has been on my mind a lot lately. In particular, the amount of time I spend online (writing, social media, etc) and what adds to my life and which detracts from it. I'm really trying to set some better boundaries and "hack away" (I like how you said that) at the time-wasting tasks.

This article was a great one to read this morning as I start my day with more intention, balance, and some necessary limits. Thank you, Sandra.
