This often happens to me with technology and I have to remind myself to push past the frustration. Technology isn't intuitive to me, so I'm inclined to avoid it even though I know it can enhance my life in some ways. I want to be more technologically savvy, so I read about it and then practice. Similar to Green's advice except on a much smaller scale.

That being said, I agree completely that we are capable of great things if we can increase our frustration tolerance, listen to our inner drive, and invest the time to master the skill.

Thank you, Julia, for this great review. It's a book that I wasn't familiar with, but it sounds like a great fit for me. I will add it to my reading list. : )
