This is what I love so much about mindfulness - the gap/space/stillness to notice feelings and thoughts without judging or reacting. Then, choosing a response from a calmer, more centered place. It makes a world of difference.

I was introduced to mindfulness many years ago but didn't start practicing it regularly until fairly recently. I wish I had started sooner but I'm glad I'm doing it now. : )
