This is such an important question. So many things contribute to our health. I love your holistic approach to a healthy body, Julie.

Personally, I'm an "everything in moderation" type of person. Whenever I tried to give up sugar or carbs, I only craved them more. Now, I eat an Oreo or chips if I want them, and it turns I don't want them as much as I used to. Funny how that works. : )
