This is a wonderful list, Sandra. So many helpful suggestions!

About two years ago, my body let me know that I was under too much stress and something needed to change. I left my job, found more opportunities for silence, and became more consistent in my mindfulness practice. These have all been so beneficial. Stress can definitely sneak up on us!
