This is a timely article for me because I've been thinking about delivery people. I don't often order from Amazon preferring to shop local, but I recently needed knee pads for my son's volleyball game and they were sold out at the two local stores. So, I went on Amazon and ordered them. The next day, we had a huge snowstorm and about 9 p.m. that night, I received a message that the knee pads had been delivered. i was shocked and horrified that the delivery driver was out in those weather conditions - for knee pads!! I felt bad.
