This above statement is spot on! We need to find our natural rhythm. I am a fairly productive person, but I don't use productivity hacks beyond making a to-do list. I like lists, so it fits well with me.

The pressure to be more and more productive is counterproductive to good mental health. I am much more interested in maintaining mental health. : )
