Thank you, Christopher, for your thought provoking comment. I agree, everyone's needs are different. I do not consider self isolation and loneliness as the same thing. You can be lonely while with other people, or you can be alone and not feel lonely.

I certainly enjoy being by myself at times. I like the quiet and it is, as you said, a great opportunity for self reflection. I appreciate your comment.
