Such a well-written, insightful piece, Julia. Humans are complicated and when we embrace our strengths and challenges, we live a more authentic life. Finding that middle ground is so important!

To answer your question, my greatest strength/weakness is my lack of emotional sensitivity. I don't get caught up in emotions very easily, so I can work with people who are suffering and not absorb those emotions (good for a therapist). However, I'm sometimes too cognitive - I have to work hard to access my emotional side. I care deeply for others, I just don't always show it freely.
