So true! I have only made one or two gingerbread houses in my life because I don't think I have the most important ingredient. : )

However, I love admiring them. We have a local hotel, The Broadmoor, that makes a gingerbread masterpiece every December. The details are amazing. One year it was a train, another year a replica of the hotel, and this year it is a more traditional house. So impressive.
