Remembering that everyone is different and that it is important to ask for what I need has been key in maintaining calm in my relationships. In the early years of my marriage, I expected my spouse to know me well enough to not do things I didn't like. People can't read my mind, and they think differently, so I must communicate my needs. A game-changer that has definitely increased my calm. : ) Thank you, Sandra!
