One thing I miss about working in-person (vs from home) is the interactions with others. I have always worked in clinics with a diverse group of people, and I miss the conversations in the break room where we talked about current events from all angles.

If I'm talking to someone with opposing views, I learn from them and I learn how to talk about my beliefs/passions in a way that others can hear. I have spent more time in an echo chamber in the last two years than I ever did before, and I don't like it much. Thanks, Ali, for the push to mix it up a little. : )
