My husband and I once owned two coffee shops (one drive-thru and one cafe). The sales at the drive-thru were always low when a certain employee worked, so one morning I watched the drive-thru from a nearby parking lot. I saw car after car drive up and then drive away because the employee never opened the window to take their order. That was the last day she worked for us, but finding the right employees is certainly a struggle for business owners.
