I've started using time blocks and I'm finding it to be helpful. When I worked outside the home, my schedule was automatically in a time block format and I liked that structure.

I appreciate your suggestion to test it out week to week and make adjustments as needed.

Thank you for including a photo of your calendar. What planner is that? I think I need that. : )
