Interesting! I love mindfulness, but didn't think I liked meditation because closing my eyes makes me feel tired. Never crossed my mind that I might be meditating with my eyes open, and thinking it was "mindfulness" instead of "mindfulness meditation". I like to sit still with my eyes open and soak in the different senses - I might be better at meditating than I realized. : )
