I'm not familiar with this book but it sounds right up my alley. I will look for it. When I was a young runner, I didn't consume enough protein and sometimes trained without eating first. Big mistake. I have found that strength training does make a big difference in my overall fitness. I don't necessarily like to strength train but my body appreciates it. Thanks for introducing me to this book, Ali! : )
