I'm fairly sensitive to noise. I like a quiet environment, even the sound of someone chewing food or drinking can be like nails on a chalkboard to me at certain stressful times. I usually walk, but love all your suggestions.
Isn't it amazing how drinking more water makes us feel better in so many ways? A glass of water is almost always my first course of action for most things that ail me. Nature's remedy. : )
