I'll be cheering from the sidelines. These are great goals!

I'm doing a bit of transformation myself in the form of building strength. I like to walk and run, but I need to add weight training so I can carry the heavy bags of dog food by myself. Currently, I'm working on push-ups.

I love the idea of making goals public and having a support team. We are stronger together!
