I was not familiar with this story, but I will certainly read up on it now. I'm proud of Pen for fighting for what he believes in, and I hope he is successful in getting his staff and family members out safely. Happy to hear the animals have been rescued. So many heartbreaking stories coming out of Afghanistan - thank you for sharing this one, Ali.
