I think I have mentioned before in a comment that quiet reflection does not come easily to me, but the more I practice it, the better I get. It is so powerful and rejuvenating to stop the busyness (usually in my head) for a bit. Great article, Sandra, with helpful tips. I generally focus on an object (brewing tea) and keep it to small increments. : )
