I notice that I complain a lot more when I'm tired and stressed. When I'm stressed, if I take some time alone to exercise or relax, I have much healthier conversations afterwards. I continually challenge myself to be complaint free for 24 hours, but I haven't been successful yet. I'm a work in progress.
