I love porridge and had not considered adding Chia seeds. I'll try that.

I also like to snack on nuts. What about peanut butter? I know it has a lot of sugar and salt (which is probably why I like it so much!).

I was a vegetarian for many years (in the early 90's) and one summer I worked as a camp counselor at a sleep away camp. Every dinner had meat in it, so I ate a peanut butter sandwich and the sides. Every night for three months. I never grew tired of it. : )
