I love how you walked us (the readers) through your spiraling thoughts and then the healing awareness. When we pay attention to our feelings/thoughts and understand their roots, we have so many different options for action. That seems to be what happened during you Tai Chi practice- the same thing happens to me during runs. All my swirling thoughts bombard me for awhile and then comes the clarity - thank goodness!
