I love how Jewel says that anxiety can be beneficial. When we recognize that anxiety is telling us to pay attention to something, we can use it as information rather than something to avoid. This is a huge mind shift, but can be so beneficial. Stop and listen to what your anxiety is saying and then take action. I agree 100%.

Thank you so much for sharing Jewel's story. It is fascinating! A form of distraction (writing down what her hands were doing) started a writing habit and then led to writing songs and fame. Awesome!
