I know that I need to do more weight lifting (weight resistant exercises) as I get older, but I'm not horribly motivated. I try to do push-ups in small chunks, similar to your squats. It really works to set a goal and do small bits throughout the day. I think I'll try some squats. I dislike them, but I need to adjust my attitude because they are good for me. Lol.
