I have only recently begun incorporating quiet into my days and it has been magic. You might recall me writing about driving without the radio. I'm still doing that - it's been probably 2+ months now - and I love the thirty minutes of silence. It has been so calming, yet invigorating. I feel more refreshed when I arrive at my destination. There is definitely power in quiet. Thank you for sharing this message!!
