I feel like you are in my head right now, Alexander! Lol. I have been considering this same thing - what job will provide the right people? I had an incredibly difficult clinic job that I enjoyed because my team of co-workers were amazing. I moved to an easier clinic job and recently left because there was no team, no support, no fun. As you said, the people make the job good , not the work!!
