I enjoyed reading about your habits, Sandra. After ten years of blogging, you have clearly found a good method for staying motivated without burning out. Thank you for sharing your tips.

I definitely do my creative work in the morning and the secondary "business related" tasks in the afternoon when my brain is tired. This has helped. I need to work on setting better boundaries on evenings and weekends. And, I can always work on better posture. I'm a sloucher when I get tired.
