I can't think of any shows portraying writers. I have watched Sex & the City and I liked following Carrie's writer storyline. I especially liked that she wanted her wedding in the NY public library! But other than Carrie, I can't think of any (beyond what you mentioned) - not a one. I'll have to think on it.
