Excellent article and all great points. I have so many friends that stay in their job because of the healthcare benefits. They are unhappy, but can't afford to leave.

And, as a parent with 2 kids in college, the higher education costs are ridiculous. I'm hoping the US will make some necessary changes soon in many areas!
